A. BASIC
MODIFICATIONS
1. Interior finish package, including:
- 1/2" plywood subfloor
- floor carpet - low-loop nylon - standard dark grey
2. Equipment rack
- 1 @ STD 19" rack located on streetside, behind driver's seat
with storage tray on top. Overall height 27 1/2" with 14 rack units.
3. Cabinets
- 36" W x 17" D x 25" H console desk located streetside
wall from the rack to the wheel wells.
4. Bulkhead
- located across van from streetside wall to curbside wall at rear of
desk
- 27.5" high - flush with top of desk
- 9" pass through located next to curbside wheel well, same height as the
wheel well.
5. Operator Seat
- custom high-backed gray vinyl, permanent mount on swivel base with
seat belt, position shown in floor plan drawing.
6. Spare Wheel
- mount to be located on streetside on rear of bulkhead, with the
bolts or nuts to be hand removable.
7. Install
- customer-supplied communications and navigation equipment including
antennas. (optional)
B. ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
1. A/C Electrical system
- inverter, mounted on side of equipment rack, below console desk, to supply
rack A/C via 6 position outlet strip mounted in back of rack
2. D/C Power system
- 2 auxiliary batteries, 105 APH deep-cycle, mounted in custom
battery box, rubber-lined, vented compartment under rear compartment floor
behind wheel wells on center line of truck.
- dual charge solenoid, located in engine compartment, tied to "run"
position of vehicle ignition switch, connecting auxiliary and vehicle
batteries.
- Klixons, 2 @ 90 amp thermal breaker, located at either end of interconnect
cable (#0 gauge cable)
3. D/C Wiring
- #0 gauge positive & negative cables with terminal studs from
auxiliary batteries to equipment rack.
- #14 gauge cable from rack D/C lugs via 15 amp thermal breakers to bullet
lights and 1 12V DC fluorescent
- 2 single bullet lights over desk, 1 12V DC fluorescent over side door.
- 12V DC cigarette lighter type receptacle with 3 outlets located in center of
console desk.
4. Inverter
- PI-1500W Astron (see section B1)
5. Security System
Wireless remote alarm, audible
C. A/V SYSTEM
1. Cable
- Run cable required for C/S antenna's on roof to equipment rack and label.
D. Vehicle
1. Type
- Make and model per customer preference will be obtained by E-N-G form local
dealer stock or ordered to spec if time permits.
